High-growth startup is looking to bring on with experience managing premium and luxury fashion, tech, and lifestyle partnerships for coupon, cashback, loyalty, or shopping publishers.
This opportunity will start out as a minor advisory role with equity compensation and will require 1-2 hours per week to begin, but can quickly evolve into a full-time position in which you will play a key role in the development and growth of the affiliate partnership team and overall revenue strategy at the company.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with founder to finalize affiliate strategy and roadmap
- Help guide the company's existing merchant partnerships in the premium and luxury space (there are 30 existing partnerships that need optimizing)
- Play an advisory role in company's technical approach to affiliate platforms, including Impact, Partnerize, Pepperjam, and CJ (company is live and functioning on all three platforms)
- Demonstrate a resourceful, test-and-learn mindset as company seeks product-market fit
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing on publisher side; sales experience is a plus
- Analytical approach to identifying and solving issues as and when they arise
- Experience working cross functionally with high-output teams
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Google equivalents
